The DemBiz PAC is a separate entity from the Democratic Business Council of Northern Virginia.
The DemBiz PAC is registered with the Virginia State Board of Elections and can only participate in Virginia state and local races. The DemBiz PAC does not donate to federal candidates.
At this time, the DemBiz PAC only intends to donate to political candidates in Virginia legislative races whose districts include precincts in the following jurisdictions:
- City of Alexandria
- Arlington County
- Fairfax County
- City of Falls Church
- Loudoun County
- Prince William County
